When the work is completed, we will send you detailed pictures of the item(s) for your checking and we can make some adjustments (if any) until you are satisfied.<\/li><li>After your approval of the item(s), you will pay the remained value of the contract and we will arrange the shipment or<\/li><li>After the shipment, we will e-mail to you the Bill of Lading to prove our delivery. Within 05 days you will transfer the remaining 50% of contract value\u00a0by T\/T to us. When we receive the money, we will send the full shipping documents to you for your taking delivery.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Of course detailed processes and terms can be negotiated until we reach a mutual agreement.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>What payment term can you accept?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>We accept bank transferring (T\/T), L\/C or Western Union.<\/li><li>Normally, T\/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery or at sight of B\/L copy.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>What is your term of delivery?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DDU or DDP as your request<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>How long can I get the statue?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>It often takes from 20- 40 days to finish the carving of small or medium size statues. Large size statues often take 2-3 months for carving. The exact delivery time depends on the products and quantity of your order.<\/li><li>Standard air shipment often takes 15 \u2013 20 days from Danang to capitals or big cities in the world and 20 \u2013 30 days to further regions depending on countries.<\/li><li>Sea shipping often takes 10 \u2013 20 days from Danang to Asian countries, 20 \u2013 25 days to Ocean Pacific countries, 30 \u2013 50 days to European and American countries and about 60 \u2013 70 days to African countries.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong>What is your package?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>It is extremely important to Danang Sculpture Foundation that each stone statue and stone product arrives whole and undamaged. We take utmost care in shipping and packing each item.<\/li><li>Our stone statues and stone products are packed in firm foam boxes for air shipment (small sizes, under 50kgs) and in strong seaworthy wooden crates (bigger sizes) for sea shipment to prevent damage during transportation.<\/li><li>For all our heavy large statues or stone products, we build a custom wooden crate to fit individual item dimensions so that it is packed safely for the journey.\u00a0A pallet at the bottom of the crate helps it be easily handled by a forklift or crane during the shipping process.\u00a0Wooden braces are used inside the crate to make sure that the item does not shift during its journey.<\/li><li>All wooden crates are fumigated before shipment. A Certificate of Fumigation is provided together with other shipment documents for your custom clearance procedures.<\/li><li>Certainly, we can pack the statues or stone products according to your own requirements.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong>If damage happens during the shipment, who will be responsible for that?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>We take utmost care to insure that a statue or stone product is not damaged during shipment by packing each piece with care. However, the long journey from our site to your home is out of our control. We can buy \u201call risks\u201d insurance from \u201cport to port\u201d for your shipment as your requirement.<\/li><li>In case of loss or damage, you can get compensation from the insurance company. If damage is surveyed to be due to inadequate packing, we will take full responsibility and compensate for you.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong>Do you offer installation service?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Yes, we will provide you with a detailed installation drawing and mark related numbers on each piece of the whole item set for your easy installation.
